Sales Manager

The position requires a demonstrable successful track record of developing and managing channel sales in home AV and automation industry. The candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years channel sales experience, preferably working with independent home automation integrators. The candidate should have sales experience working either directly for, or for a distributor for, a leading home automation product company or integrator such as KEF, ABB, Lutron or Pro FX. The preferred candidate will have experience of developing and managing independent retailer/integrator accounts in the sector. This is a unique opportunity for the individual to develop and manage the channel distribution for a distributor of leading UK home AV brands. Key characteristics • Motivated self starter with strong planning and execution skills • Strong inter-personal skills • Determined, good negotiator • Knowledge of Home automation systems desirable The candidate should be completely computer literate, & be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. Some knowledge of Basic Accounting would be extremely useful & a bonus. A performance bonus will be applicable for achievement of sales targets and channel development.
